Losing loved ones to suicide and battling my own struggles with depression and autoimmune disease has shaped who I am as a therapist. I know the deep, unrelenting pain that comes with grief. But I also know that healing is possible when you have someone to walk beside you. For the last 20 years, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others find healing through Tenderness, Love, and Connection. My personal experience fuels my passion to support men and boys of color who face their own emotional battles, and anyone who has lost someone to suicide.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my goal is to be a safe place where you can find strength, healing, and hope. I work collaboratively with each person, creating a personalized treatment plan that fits their unique journey. Whether through individual or family therapy, I’m here to help you move beyond the pain and towards a future of resilience and peace.
